Broadoaks Housing Co-op is situated in the lovely Broadmead area of Victoria, BC. We are part of the Broadmead Covenant, and as such are required to have our homes presented in neutral, natural colours, hence the earthy brown tones of our houses. Our housing charges are as of March 1, 2015.
