We are surrounded by a large network of tree lined urban trails for walking and biking. Transit is easily accessible with two stops less than a half block away, and it's a short walk or bus ride to Champlain Square for your groceries, dentist/doctor appointment, pharmacy pick-up, or a coffee date. There are two elementary schools within walking distance and one secondary school a short bus or bike ride away. Our co-op has two playgrounds, a common building which includes an office and our meeting/social room, and shared laundry facilities for the units that don't have private laundry hook-ups.
