Get ready for a sizzling celebration of Co-op Week! With our co-op partners at Modo and Vancity, we will be giving out FREE hot dogs from Mr. Tube Steak. There will be all-beef hot dogs, jumbo smokies and veggie dogs starting at noon until supplies run out!

The cart will be set-up on Gravely Street at Commercial.

What is Co-op Week?

Proclaimed across Canada every October since 1982, Co-op Week is a time of celebration and reflection. During this week, activities are held by co-ops all across the country to show their co-op pride. Through activities and events throughout the week, we are able to reflect on the contributions the co-operative sector has made to the lives of our co-op members, and everyone impacted by the co-op model.

Co-operative and Mutuals Canada (CMC)  highlights this important week with the theme of “Innovating the Co-operative Way.” This theme will help us highlight co-operatives from across Canada and the innovative ways in which they help serve their communities.
