Participation is mandatory. Family-oriented, one pet allowed; washer/dryer hookup, garage, playground. Schools, shopping, transit within walking distance. (Some two-bedroom units have a den.)

The co-op currently has no vacancies but we are always accepting applications. Applications must be updated every 6 months to remain on the wait list. Prospective applicants can email solsticemembershipcommittee@gmail.com to receive a PDF version of the application form.
