The co-op is situated in a great location, near Renfrew Skytrain, with easy access to shops, parks, a public library, and schools such as Vancouver Technical Secondary School, Coquitlam College, and St. Jude Elementary School. It comprises a mix of apartments with 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, along with a few townhomes featuring 3 & 4 bedrooms. Some units are wheelchair accessible. There are washer, dryer and dishwasher hook-ups in the suites. Please note that all members are expected to actively participate. Two pets are allowed as per the co-op policy.
