The February 15, 2003 meeting of the Vancouver Island Council meeting was well attended. Thirty delegates and guests celebrated the first anniversary of the Council. Janet Hall (Pheasant Meadows Co-op) was re-elected as Council Chairperson and James Quaife (Tyee Co-op) is the new Vice Chairperson. Congratulations Janet and James. Many thanks to the outgoing Vice Chairperson, John Overbeck.
