CHF BC’s Island Education Day held on November 4 was sold out well before the event. Members weren’t disappointed with a full day of great co-op maintenance education. Everyone took away useful information and good tools for annual maintenance and learned about sound replacement plans and investment strategies critical to their co-op’s long-term health.
A lunchtime plenary featured a brief presentation from the new Agency for Co-operative Housing. Many thanks to Island relationship managers Jennifer Von Riesen and Shawn Preus for joining us.
