ADOPTING YOUR NEW RULES
Call a members meeting to adopt your new Rules; register your new Rules with the Registrar of Companies; distribute your new Rules to your members; manage the transition to your new Rules. These final steps should be followed very carefully as they will bring your new Rules into legal effect.
