Description:

Come and find out about energy, water and cost savings opportunities available to multi- family buildings in BC including free government and utility programs that will help you plan and implement energy saving measures that help reduce costs and environmental impacts.

With examples of projects ranging from simple no-cost upgrades to major, capital-intensive retrofits that achieve large reductions, the workshop will include opportunities as well as barriers and strategies for overcoming them.

Workshop facilitator: Jordan Fisher - FRESCo
Jordan has focused his career on developing and managing energy efficiency programs. He has led numerous multi-family energy efficiency programs which encompass hundreds of energy assessments and simple retrofit projects in a variety of multi-family buildings, and dozens of successful retrofits of major mechanical and/or envelope systems. He has also helped to develop highly efficient and cost effective new buildings. Jordan now wants to bring his knowledge and expertise in leading energy retrofits to the co-op housing sector.
