Your property and buildings are your most important assets. Keeping members happy in comfortable, well-maintained homes is essential. The pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the operations of our co-op buildings. As we emerge from COVID-19, catching up on maintenance and capital repairs will be front and center. While you need skilled professionals to get great maintenance results, there is still a critical role for members; this includes making sure that problems are spotted before they become more serious and costly.

Cheryl worked as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator in the housing co-op sector for over ten years and during this time did everything from managing routine repairs to coordinating large retrofit projects and everything in between.
