Bakerview Co-op

Bakerview Housing Co-operative is located at 33474 Cannon Avenue. To get here take McCallum Road exit off Highway 1 and head North. Turn left at Bevan Avenue/ Cannon Avenue. Turn slight right onto Cannon Avenue. Bakerview Housing Co-op is on your left. Visitor parking is available next to the apartment building. To reach the office please follow the path between unit #39 & unit #40, this will lead you to the community hall. The office is located inside the community hall.

We are accepting applications for all units on an ongoing basis. We currently have available units in all sizes. Applicants can reach us at 604-854-6133 in our office. The office is currently open Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (closed from 12-1), Applicants can request a housing application by phone, leave us a message for a call back, or leave us your email address and we can email you an application. Applicants can also stop into the office during office hours to pick up an application.

Apartment building has underground secured parking, elevator and laundry facilities. All apartments have either a balcony or patio. All townhomes have a carport, large outdoor storage closet, fenced yards in a forest-like setting, and hook-ups for washers and dryers.

We host orientations for potential applicants on the 1st Monday of every month in our community hall (unless it’s a stat) at 6:00 pm. To learn more about co-op living, please attend an orientation session, where we explain what co-operative housing is, explain some of our policies and procedures, hand out applications and show our available units. Open House on Mondays at 6 pm. Please call for an appointment. When Monday falls on a stat, open house is on Tuesdays. Applicants will have an opportunity to view available units.
