Aaron Webster Housing Co-operative is partnering with CLT to redevelop the site of its previous building and provide a new home for its members. After members approved the partnership, they were relocated to another CLT property as a complete community while planning and development proceed. The new building will comprise about 60 co-operative homes; 31 homes are replacements for existing Aaron Webster members, with the remainder representing new additions to the community housing sector.
