Developing new housing is challenging. For its first multi-site development in Vancouver, the Community Land Trust worked with the City (which provided a long-term land lease at nominal cost), Tikva Housing, Sanford Housing and Fraserview Housing Co-operative. It worked with a team of professional building consultants and contractors and saw financial support from Vancity, BC Housing, and CMHC.
