The CleanBC Better Homes and Home Renovation Rebate Program provides rebates for improving your home’s energy efficiency through select upgrades.

Qualifying co-op homes can access rebates for heat pumps, water heaters, insulation and window upgrades, and more.

Granville Gardens Housing Co-operative in Richmond was selected as the recipient of our 2022 grant.

With the help of the Sustainability Grant, the co-op installed a heat pump in its community hall, along with a mist station and shading to create an outdoor cooling area. Co-op members were able to make use of the spaces during its summer BBQ and throughout the warm months.

We’re looking for people who are keen to get involved and passionate about housing co-ops. Applicants must be from CHF BC member organizations.

CHF BC and the Sustainability Grant Committee are pleased to announce that Granville Gardens Housing Co-operative in Richmond is the recipient of our 2022 Sustainability Grant.

National Resources Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure (ZEVIP) funding program can help housing co-ops looking to support the adoption of zero emission vehicles by members.
