What Makes a Good Director – Sept 28

Good directors need to know what they can do as individuals to ensure a co-op board’s success. We’ve all heard about a director’s fiduciary duty and the duty of care. Leadership that Inspires Member Engagement – Oct 19

Communities have to earn their members’ involvement before they get it consistently.

The good news is that we can do it. And if we do it really well, we may have to knock out a wall in our meeting rooms just to hold all the keen members!

If our experience in a co-op community is rewarding, we want to stay involved. Creating that kind of experience for our members may be the biggest challenge we face as leaders. It all starts with us.

Co-ops 101 – Oct 26

Housing co-ops are one type of co-operatives. Have you ever been interested in learning about other types of co-ops? Learn more about the structure and advantages of the co-operative model and learn some best practices you can apply at your own co-op!

Be sure to check back regularly for new workshops being added to the list.
