We understand that as we come out of two years of social distancing and away from the magic of being together, our members may not yet be ready to be in person again. Still, others are yearning for that in person connection.
Masks are recommended by not mandatory on the meeting (4th) floor. They are mandatory in common areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and elevators.
We are arranging seating so that in person attendees will be able to speak to one another at a relaxed distance. Hand sanitizers and sanitizing stations are located throughout the venue.
High-touch spaces and equipment such as—but not limited to—light controls/switches, doorknobs, handles, credenzas, curtain and air conditioning controls will be regularly wiped clean using approved sanitizing cleaners.
