Bakerview Housing Co-operative is located at 33474 Cannon Avenue. To get here take McCallum Road exit off Highway 1 and head North. Turn left at Bevan Avenue/ Cannon Avenue. Turn slight right onto Cannon Avenue. Bakerview Housing Co-op is on your left. Visitor parking is available next to the apartment building. To reach the office please follow the path between unit #39 & unit #40, this will lead you to the community hall. The office is located inside the community hall.

Apartment building has underground secured parking, elevator and laundry facilities. All apartments have either a balcony or patio. All townhomes have a carport, large outdoor storage closet, fenced yards in a forest-like setting, and hook-ups for washers and dryers. Two four-legged pets permitted (no dangerous breeds).
Immediate openings for one, two and three-bedroom units. We have newly renovated building exteriors; more interior unit updates are coming soon.

Request an application by: calling us at 604-854-6133 leave us a message for a call back, or leave your email address and we will email you an application. Applicants can also stop into the office during office hours 9 am to 3:30 p.m. to pick up an application.
Also, come to our orientation session for potential applicants on the first Tuesday of every month in our community hall at 6:00 pm to learn more about co-op living. We will explain what co-operative housing is, explain some of our policies and procedures, and hand out applications. Please call to register. When the first Tuesday falls on a statutory holiday, orientation is on Wednesday. Applicants will have an opportunity to view available units.
