Four members escaped unharmed from a [fire at Bakerview Housing Co-op] in Abbotsford on Saturday night.
Just before 9 p.m. fire crews were called to the scene where they found one townhouse unit engulfed in flames. Crews quickly attacked the flames and brought the fire under control, sparing the 94-unit co-op from further damage.
One townhouse unit suffered severe damage and the units on either side had moderate damage. Two cars were destroyed.
