Workshop Intro:

This free evening session will cover new funding for social housing retrofits including eligibility details and benefits of each funding stream.

Participants will learn about the Social Housing Retrofit Support Program (SHRSP) offered through BC Hydro and Fortis BC and the Social Housing Incentive Program (SHIP) through the BC Ministry of Energy and Mines.

After years of lobbying we’re really excited new funding is available and we hope housing co-ops will take advantage of the new opportunities to save energy and money. Also learn about FREE energy audits (Level 1 ASHRAE walk through audit) available for your co-op from the BC Non Profit Housing Association our partners in Housing Central!
