Michael’s practice is focused on the delivery of legal education and consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries. Michael has a specific depth of experience within the housing sector where he has worked with a range of clients including the BC Non-Profit Housing Association, the BC Real Estate Association and the Professional Association of Managing Agents.

Michael is also a professional speaker and educator who regularly speaks on topics relating to management and law. Michael is the Director of the Business Law Clinic at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law and is currently pursuing a PhD in the area of Cannabis Regulation.

Michael will facilitate Cannabis regulation and co-operative housing at the 2021 Spring Education Conference on April 24.
