Our popular winter learning series announced last November continues in the new year.
Whether you’re interested in best practices for your co-op committees or understanding your co-ops financial statements you’ll find our virtual education sessions engaging and practical.
Here are the sessions we have lined up so far:
March 10: What Makes a Good Director?
Good directors make a good board. With a focus on the duty of care and the duty of loyalty this basic primer focuses on how each individual director ensures the board’s success.
And here’s a peak of some of the workshop we have scheduled for the spring.
March 24: 10 Things to look for in your Co-op’s Financial Statements
Help for the non-expert to understand the financial statement: the single most important indicator of your co-op’s financial health.
March 31: Co-op Housing Essentials
This guide to co-op living is just what you need to update your co-op’s orientation for new members, as a reminder for long-standing members, or even for prospective members at the top of your wait-list.
April 23: SAVE THE DATE – Spring Education Conference
More information and registration form to come.
April 28: Maintenance 101
You need skilled professionals to get great maintenance results, but there is still a critical role for members in looking after your property and buildings.
