Winter Learning Continues in 2022

  10 January 2022

Our popular winter learning series announced last November continues in the new year.

Whether you’re interested in best practices for your co-op in What Makes a Good Boardor looking to learn more about the broader co-operative sector with Co-ops 101 you’ll find our virtual education sessions engaging and practical.

Here are the sessions we have lined up so far:

A diverse group of several peopel connecting their hands in a circle.
February 10: Bridging Inequities: The Power of Co-operatives
Learn how co-ops strengthen the democratic processes and lessen inequities as well as how the Co-op Principles and other key tools help build resilient co-ops and stronger communities.

February 17: Co-ops 101
How do co-ops help build a just society and a sustainable economy? What makes them uniquely suited to meeting community needs?

March 3: Boards and Committees Working Together
Change is in the air with many co-ops taking a fresh look at board and committee roles to make sure they are delivering the best outcomes. Look at what practices have served us well in the past, what hasn’t worked as well as we’d hoped and what we want for the future.
