We with various municipal governments across the province to support existing co-ops and the development of new co-operative homes. This advocacy work includes:
- Make Housing Central (municipal elections)
- Vancouver lease renewals
- City of Burnaby’s Mayor’s Task Force on Community Housing
- Community Land Trust (re)developments (esp Coquitlam and Surrey)
- Speaking at public hearings in various municipalities in support of affordable, community based housing,
